Trying to unlock paid iPhone online but email says I can’t unlick because phone is not paid off

How long ago was the device paid off? Sometimes it will take a day or two to reflect into the Device Unlock Portal.
However, if it has been longer than this, and you’ve already attempted to resubmit the request, let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this further.
