unlock my phone please
I am a student who came to China with the ATT device, but my device may not support the Chinese phone card. I tried to submit an unlock application on the ATT official website, but it made me wait for 30 days. Now I am very inconvenient. Please unlock my device. Thank you.

Why did the website say you had to wait 30 days? Too many unlock attempts? Not meeting minimum time of AT&T service? Are you sure that you have met all of the eligibility requirements for unlocking?

Because I am currently in China, I am connected to the ATT service through VPN, so I am not sure if I have successfully submitted the unlock request. Maybe I have applied for it many times, and my device is already eligible for unlocking.
