I know the IMEI number of my old device which I want to unlock immediately. I have international day plan on my new device. How can I can unlock my old device ? Please help urgently.

Request an unlock using the unlocking portal.

However, if you try using the portal from outside the US, it may not work. If you run into that, you may have to use a US based VPN to access the site, because many foreign ISPs are blocked.
