Unlock my IPhone
Att won't unlock my iphone. I've been trying to unlock my iPhone 6s which is so longer in contract and fully paid. I have talked to at least 4 representatives that have sent in claims to get it unlocked and they have either been denied or no one responded. I got on the phone with a tech support person and he claimed my phone was unlocked but it wasn't. This has been going on for a month. I recently switched carriers and I would like to be able to use my iPhone 6s that I paid for. The tech did tell me that my IMEI number was not matching due to an insurance claim on my iPhone 6 where you sent me a refurbished iPhone 6s in its place. I've tried talking to someone through private message on here but I'm getting no where. Please help I am beyond annoyed and frustrated with this situation!
