Unlock my iPhone after pay off !
I can’t unlock my iPhone 7 after paying off cause the unlock portal said that the iMEI number not Match AT& T device. I don’t understand where is the problem !! Please help me @ATTmobilityCare

I just went through the same thing. Called ATT and asked for tech support, just keep at it no matter what phone tree asks.
Tech support has to manually find your IMEI and process unlock. Took extra time, but my phone is unlocked.
