Unlock issue

Dear Support Team,

I have an issue with unlocking my iPhone 7 Plus - when I created an unlick request, I've got an answer that "we can't unlock your device today" and the reason that there were too many tries to unlock tha phone. I've posted only one request so it seems to be incorrect. Could you please assist me in resolving the issue?

Hello,

You have to wait 24-48 hours and resubmit your request at www.att.com/deviceunlock. If you enter and have error, read throughly because resubmitting will get same error and then timeout. If you continue to have problems, customer care can assist in process via (Phone number hidden) (or 611 from your AT&T device).
