You can’t call those numbers from Brazil but you shouldn’t need to call. To unlock a phone, you need to use the unlock portal: https://att.com/deviceunlock

The only reason to call is if there is an issue with the portal but you would need to call the international support number.

Thank you very much for your reply, but I registered the imei on the website to unlock it, I received the confirmation link, I continued the process and received the email that I pasted in the post above, indicating the numbers and the iphone is still blocked for the operator of Brazil.

Well then, that would appear your request to unlock has been denied because ATT believes the requirements to unlock have not been met. Unfortunately, they don’t tell you what requirements haven’t been met. Unless ATTHelp happens to respond and offer to help, your only option is to call the international support number.
