Unlock Iphone 5 - I did not receive email confirming my request.

I did not receive email confirming my request. Checked Spam, too, and it wasn't there.  Requested again after 24 hours and it says pending and I needed to confirm it. But there is NO EMAIL sent by AT&T.  Is there a way for you to cancel that request so I can try a different email?

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received the email confirmation for your device unlock. I would be more than happy to assist you in this endeavor.

 

Currently there is not a way for us to cancel the device unlock request. It would simply expire naturally after 24 hours from the time of the initial submission. Meaning if you have already waited the 24 hours, you would be able to submit a new request, using a new email address.

 

If you have not attempted already, I would suggest attempting to submit a new request through our Device Unlock portal with a new email address. I’ll also be sending you a private message to make sure you do receive the new email. This way we can get this resolved, one way or another.
