Hello! I purchased Iphone 7 on ebay and it was blocked under at & t, when I try to untie the device from the operator, the error "Looks like you upgraded your device recently so we can't unlock it right now. Submit a new request after the 14-day waiting period ends. " although 14 days have already passed. Can you help me?

Hello, @los5ped,

Thanks for reaching out. Here are things to know about unlocking your device through AT&T. Was it on an AT&T postpaid account for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance or on an AT&T prepaid account for six months? It would need to meet that and the other requirements listed in the preceding link to be approved to be unlocked from AT&T. You may need to reach out to the person you purchased the iPhone from for assistance in unlocking it.

Have a great week.

Hello, @los5ped,

If the device doesn't meet the requirements to be unlocked, we would have to check the account it was on to see what's needed so it can qualify. If you can't verify the account, we wouldn't be able to look.

Once it's been more than fourteen days since you received it, make an unlock request again through the Unlock Portal. If the request is denied, the previous owner of the device will need to reach out to us so it can be unlocked.

Have a great week.

Hello,

Try the site www.att.com/deviceunlock to check the status of your request. It will usually tell you a reason to resubmit. If it’s just saying it can’t, contact (Phone number hidden) after verifying the phone is paid off and apart of an active AT&T account.
