Unlock - Help

I need help!
I live in Brazil !! And I was in Orlando on vacation ... I bought an Iphone 7 in the Best Buy store full price. The same is blocked by At & t.

Unblocking by site appears the message:

Looks like you recently upgraded this device, so we can not unlock it yet. Try a new request in 14 days. Wait 30 days if this is a business account.

Help me please, I do not know what to do anymore.

Welcome to the Community Forums.  I can understand how important it is to get your device unlocked in a timely manner, I would be happy to help.

 

All phones sold at full price must wait through the 14 days buyer’s remorse period.  On the fifteenth day you will be able to submit the request for unlock.  You can read more about the eligibility requirements on our Device Unlock Portal.

I bought the IPHONE at best buy and new as per attached ticket.

Help me please, I can not find a solution to my problem.

@Agenorsilva. In the future buy the Verizon version which is unlocked by default
