Hi, I used to be an AT&T customer, had the service for 6 months, paid my device off in full already, and have had the device for 6 months now but I am still unable to unlock my device on the portal. I have no outstanding payments and am no longer in the US (and won't be returning for an extended period of time). But since I can't unlock my phone, I am unable to use sim cards internationally.
Every time I enter my IMEI number it states that there are "network difficulties". Please let me know how I can unlock my phone so I feel safer halfway around the world because I can actually contact people.
