Unlock device

Hi, I brought an iPhone 11 pro max with 12 months contract in January and I have already paid it all of, I am pretty sure I have met all the requirements of unlocking policy, and then I sent unlock request in April, but I receive an email just a few seconds after I sent the unlock request, it shows: We cannot unlock your device today, You have tried to unlock this device too many times, wait 30 days and then submit a new request", and then I waited for 30 days and it showed the same thing. and then I waited for another 30 days again (third times) and still the same, what am I supposed to do.

Hello, @kangmingshu,

Thank you for reaching out. Here are things to know about unlocking your device through AT&T. Was your iPhone on an AT&T postpaid plan for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance, or on an AT&T prepaid plan for six months? If it meets that and the other requirements listed in the preceding link, it should be able to be unlocked.

After a certain number of attempts to unlock a device is made in a short period of time, it will be locked against further attempts for thirty days and won't be eligible to be unlocked until then.

Have a great week.
