Unlock Device

Hello, 

I have tried for the past three months to unlock my device even after it has met the requirements and it has yet to be unlocked. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to unlock a phone that has met the requirements. It’s not fair to your customers that complete their part. I would appreciate if I get some answers to be able to unlock my phone and not have a representative tell me the same thing just to end up right where we started.

We'd love to help you unlock your device! When attempting to unlock your device, have you been checking the status of the request? Were you ever notified that your request was approved? If so, did you receive the e-mail containing the confirmation links? Please let us know more about what was holding you back from unlocking your device, so we can tackle this issue. It would help if you posted why the unlock is denied.  The reason may not make sense to you, but might to us.
