Unlock denied for iphone
I applied unlock request online for a lot of times. Each time I got is NOT APPROVED. The reason is that I did not use the device for more than 6 months. In fact, I did use the iphone for more than 6 months and use at&t for more than 2 years. I called the at&t store Madison, WI 53705) more than 10 times. They are so mean and each time they just repeat they can not help at all. Is there anyone can help me out? The at&t store even cheat me when I bought the iphone, which they told me it is unlocked. And when I try to ask them for help, they never help me at all. I do not understand why they treat their more-than-2-year customer not even friendly. [Edited to comply with Guidelines]
