Unlock Code

I am in the military and deployed.  I called ATT to get an unlock code so I could use my phone here, eventually got refered to a web site.  Completed the required information and submitted, next thing I know I get a email saying that the phone was reported stolen and my unlock code request was denied ??!!

 

I am in a enviroment where there is limited comunications, I can't wait around to call during normal businedd hours.  I need help with this now.

 

My Unlock Request number is [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.].  Can anyone help??

Did you suspend you phone and service before you left?

I eventually got through to customer assistance at 800.331.0500, who seemed to know what they were talking about, as apposed to the first group that I contacted.  They listened and came up with a solution that I am happy to say is working now!!  My phone is unlocked and working GREAT!!  THANKS!!
