Unblock Caller

I have preformed everything I can find including full erase of phone and still can't receive calls  from the primary account holder.

Riddle me this Batman??

  • What cellphone are you currently using at this time?
  • When you mention "Unblock Caller" are you currently using the AT&T Call Protect or a 3rd-party call blocking feature on your device?
  • Are you able make/receive calls from your contact list and other callers?

Instead of riddles, can you provide us specific details of what's happening when making a phone call to the main person.
