Unable to unlock my phone

Hi! I bought the phone from a third party last year and every time I sent an unlock request, the status came back as “Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI. Check your request status for more info“. Same status from last August until now. Anyone can help me to unlock the phone? Thanks

We recommend that you contact the seller of your device for further assistance with submitting an unlock request, as the cell phone will need to meet all of our Unlock eligibility requirements listed at the provided link before an unlock request can be approved for the device.
