Unable to unlock apple device
I bought an Apple iPhone XR. The phone did not come with a sim card in it. I called Verizon, Tmobile, and spring. Was told that the phone was not on their network. I called at&t customer support number and was told I should put in an unlock request online. I did the request 3 days ago and the status still says in progress. No agent has been able to help me on the phone about getting a status update on this.
