Hello @q15999442!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Allow us to provide the answers on device unlock requests!

When submitting a unlock request while using the Device Unlock Portal, it very important to provide accurate information such as a contact number, a correct email address and device IMEI number. If the information you provided is incorrect, it can delay the request and process.

Please know that the device unlock portal will automatically void and remove the request within a time frame in order to create a new one. The pending request cannot be manually removed.

It's also important that the device you're trying to unlock must meet all Eligibility Requirements as stated in the highlighted article.

If your current request still shows as pending after 30 days, please reach back to us to further proceed.

We hope this information helps.

Hello Dwight -- I have a pending request that has been stuck for over 40 days (since Jan 21).  Would you be able to help?  You did mention:  If your current request still shows as pending after 30 days, please reach back to us to further proceed.

I would post the request number ("NULxxxx"), but the community guidelines will not allow that.
