Unable to make or receive calls

I was able to calls this morning (before 10) but have not been able to complete any calls since. The call will not go through and it says "your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." It does not give any information about why the calls are not going through.

We recommend using the AT&T Mark the Spot app to file a report, and enable Wi-Fi Calling until service is back. We'd like to take a closer look for you so can you please provide your ZIP Code so we can check the towers in your area?
