So I'm able to login to my account and all, but as soon as ATT sends me the verification code, I enter it and just get red. I've tried getting a new code and no go.

What plan do you have
The elite plan. I just talked to ATT tech support and they said my account needs to be at least 48 hours old to do a pin verification. So tomorrow it should be good to go. I'll update this tomorrow if it works
I was able to activate it a couple days later after going through a few hoops with customer service
How can we improve?
