Unable to Activate New SIM Card
Bringing in my own device iPhone 11 - verified it was able to be utilized for AT&T wireless network. Inserted SIM card, then tried to activate via online and received error unable to activate with no other details.

Apple locks their phones to the first carrier they activate on. If you used it on another carrier first, you'll need to go through an unlock process.

Not always true. Phones bought directly from Apple aren’t locked and won’t lock. If you buy an iPhone sold under the Apple flex reseller program, then it will operate as you describe.

Thanks for the response. Verified that the iPhone is unlocked from the existing carrier T-Mobile. Still does not activate.

Had to work with help desk to resolve issue. Problem was on their side.
