Unable to activate Boyd sim
So I made the switch to Att after being with Verizon for 17! Years!!! I’ve been told oh how wonderful Att is!! They have been a NIGHTMARE!!! I did the change at a authorized center (sams club) and they set everything up there then informed me afterwords I had to wait for my SIM cards. Which then left us without any cell service!! So I’ve spent countless hours since last week on the phone and today I got my SIM cards. I kept my phone I had with Verizon, it’s unlocked. So I put the card in rebooted my phone and I can’t make calls. I tried to go to the page to activate and it’s asking for my number and zip. Then it tells me it’s not a valid Att phone number. So I tried the other page where I enter my imei number and the iccd (SIM card number) it tells me the sim is invalid!!! I contacted support and spent 1 1/2 hours being bounced back and forth to people ending with a supervisor that literally told me he could not help me and to go to a store. Then he ended the chat! Then low and behold chat was closed for the night!!
