Unable to accept AT&T Terms and Conditions

I just pre order the IPhone 14 pro max at my local AT&T store to be shipped to my house. After viewing the order on my account, it says "Your orders are on hold. See details “ After clicking that it’s says to Read and accept our Terms & Conditions." I click the link to the TnC, and it says to enter the same phone number and ZIP code used for the order followed by a CAPTCHA prompt. I enter the information and get the error "SSTNC-001: Make sure you've entered a valid 10-digit mobile number and 5-digit ZIP Code and try again." I’m putting to right information but nothing is working.

Hello @Scadet7, we can guide you through how to complete your terms & conditions with AT&T.

 

The link on the email might not be working. We recommend that you visit att.com/tc, it should take you to the website where it will ask you the wireless number for the device you ordered, and billing/shipping zipcode of the order.

 

You should also check your order status. Here you can see the status of the order. You can also use the automated system to check your orders at 1-877-782-8870. You can follow the prompts when you call.

I am having the exact same problem! I have tried clearing cache, different devices, browsers and every number i have been associated with and nothing works. I called customer service twice over the weekend and got no where and so gonna try again today in hopes since its not the weekend maybe someone will be able to fix it.

Your order being on hold might be due to the large amount of preorders for that device. This is not unusual, especially if you didn't order directly from Apple. We will fulfill the orders as they receive inventory, but direct Apple orders are usually given priority. You can use this resource to check the status of your device order. Just simply enter your order number and ZIP code to get started. If you are still getting that error code, please contact our sales department at 1-800-288-2020 and explain to them what you're experiencing.

 

We are currently working as fast as we can to keep everyone updated on their orders. If you have not received your confirmation email just yet, please do not be alarmed. Orders are processed in the order they were received. Please continue to keep an eye out for any emails from us.

You may want to check your spam folders as well, as emails tend to get sent there. We also recommend viewing this forums thread regarding the statuses of phone orders. Please let us know the results.

I follow that link that you provided and still was unable to accept the TnC. The error message I received was “SSTNC-001: Make sure you've entered a valid 10-digit mobile number and 5-digit ZIP Code and try again.”

Hello, 

I've experienced the same issue. Can you please DM me as well so that I can find out what's going on? I placed an order for the iPhone 14 pro max and when I try to check the status; it says on hold. Then there's a message under it that says, "we need more information from you" so I click on it to see what information and I get transferred to another page that says "Before we can ship your order, please read and accept the terms and conditions. When I go to out in my number and zip code, it says invalid. I just want to know what's going on and also to be sure that I will be getting the phone.
