trying to unlock a att iphone 6s that came back clear on imei check

the unlock requests kept getting denied because they claimed it had not been 6 months of usage and the device is confirmed paid off. After i tried to submit i think like 4 attempts, it said i had to wait 30 days to try again.

Any help or do i need the account owner to get att to unlock it?

  • Where exactly did you purchase your cell phone from?
  • Are you an authorized user of the AT&T account that you're referring to?
  • How long was your cell phone active on the AT&T account?
  • Also, does your cell phone meet all of our Unlock eligibility requirements listed at the provided link?
