Trouble Receiving Short Code from Instagram
I switched my carrier from Verizon to AT&T this weekend, and upgraded to a new iPhone 11. Since then, I have not been able to receive short code messages from Instagram to get in to my account. They are trying to send me a verification code so that I can get in to my account again, but the codes are not coming through. I am upgraded to the latest software for my iPhone. Carrier settings have been updated. I do not have the short code blocked. I am able to receive other short codes, and even tested it with AT&T's short codes for data, etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have reset my phone. I have tried everything that I have read and researched and I am getting nowhere. Please advise.

Same problem here. Can you please disclose the solution, AT&T? I can't access my Instagram account because you do not allow their messages. It's causing me serious troubles.

I am having a similar issue but with instagram. My bellsouth email is not receiving the email from instagram with the code I need to log back in. I know my email address is correct and it is not in my spam folder. This is incredibly frustrating.
