Trade-In Return Issue

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue with AT&T agents in-store/on phone for the trade-in request last 5 months. Let me explain my issue in detail.

I opened a new account Last Oct 21 with 7 members in line and I traded my iPhone 11 Pro Unlocked phone to get iPhone 13 Pro by using Promo code 1000$. The new phone is arrived on time (within 14 days). I never get the return label to return my old device. The order has been stuck at the same place since last Oct. I never get label, I tried multiple stores to explain the issue, no one is helpful. I tried calling AT&T agents on phone, they're skipping the calls/ cutting calls by telling me we will send an email soon, but no email arrives. I'm vexed with Att service and all this mess. I've no other place to go find possibility.

Guys, If anyone reading this from AT&T, Please help me with this. I can't pay overdue amounts by keeping old device with me which doesn't make sense.

If nothing helps, I'm gonna trash this AT&T account and move all 7 accounts to another network along with me.

File a complaint with the FCC and BBB if you don’t get any help from AT&T.  Given that it’s been almost 5 months, it’s way past the time to trade in a phone for credit on a new phone.  Also, the promo code was something like TRADEOFFER21, IIRC.  I don’t remember a promo code called 1000$.
