Trade in

I pre-order the iPhone X’s max on Sept 15. My new device came in on the 19th of Sept. In the box all it came was just my copy of orders and the pre-paid return label. Which I send back my old device 2 days after receiving (because it was a upgrade trade-in) I used the return label on the box and instead of going to the post office desk and it off and getting a receipt, it was late, post office was close so I decide to drop the box off at my nearest usps drop box. Just received a text from AT&T free msg that in order to avoid being charge on 11/01/2018 I need to send my device in. But I did about a week now. I’m super stressed because I don’t have any copy of the shipping label that AT&T provide me because I’m sure that return label AT&T provide me has a tracking # which I didn’t record. How could I track my shipping? Or is there a way I can find my tracking?

We can definitely provide you with some more information about our Wireless return policy. Before returning a device by mail, please be sure to make a copy of the United States Postal Service's prepaid label's tracking number. You can track your return by visiting https://soc.att.com/2zL7CzF. You’ll receive an email notification when the package has been received at our warehouse.
