Trade in for iphone 12
Im planning on trading in my iphone 11 for an iPhone 12 Pro. On the site it says I will get "up to $800" credit, does that mean it depends on the phone? Like will I still get the full $800 for the 11 (which is in very good condition), or will I get more like $500, with $800 being for something like a pro max? The phone is paid in full already. Also, I already have an unlimited plan, do I have to be upgrading to a new plan or something to get the deal or can I remain with my current plan and still get the deal?

Your current device (iPhone 11) does qualify as an eligible trade-in value with a starting minimum of $95.00. The total value of that cellphone depends on the make, model & condition to receive up to $800 in credits.
If you're currently on an active unlimited wireless plan, that plan is eligible and must include a new installment plan for the iPhone 12 Pro.
Please note that your device trade-in must be fully purchased with no pending instalments.

Not sure ATTHelp actually answered your question. As long as your trade in is worth at least $95, you get the full $800 credit. Your iPhone 11 should be worth at least $95.
