Trade in device
Hello!
I wanna buy the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021), I have the iPad 9-gen and wanna trade in that device. But your menu don’t have it (just iPad 7-gen).
May I trade in the iPad 9-gen and how I can do that?

The 9 is the current generation. With cellular function it's worth about $450 even on the used Market. Why would you let yourself get ripped off by trade in?
AT&T doesn't give you very much for trade in maybe 1/4 of its value. Apple might do better.
If you received it as a gift, do you by any chance have a gift receipt so you could return it and get the full value?
No?
Your best option is to sell the iPad on swappa to get your best cash offer.

If it's not under trade-in devices on the website on the iPad pro then it's not eligible for a trade-in.
