Tracking Number doesn’t work

I preordered the 13 Pro Max and when I look at the order status it says it was shipped yesterday. I click on the tracking number for UPS and it takes me to their site. But when I search the tracking number there, it doesn’t work. It keeps telling me to enter a tracking number. 
I searched another package on UPS and it worked.  AT&T doesn’t.

As @dwill05 stated, AT&T has created the label for shipping and is preparing to send your package to UPS to be shipped.

 

We suggest that you continue to track your package online. This will provide you with the most up-to-date tracking information that is available.

It usually means that AT&T has created a label, but hasn’t transmitted the number, or given the package, to UPS yet.

Did the tracking number work? Or the phone just arrived? I have the same problem
