This company is one giant headache.
Don't get me wrong, the customer service representatives have been very nice. However, AT&T can't seem to get their act together in the simplest ways. If you want to avoid a headache, DON'T GO WITH AT&T!!! I've been trying to transfer over to them from verizon for over a month at this point. Should be simple, right? Wrong. The one thing that's been holding back the process (besides their barely functioning website) is that they keep dropping the ball in regards to simply sending me my new phone. A dozen hour-long phone calls later and I barely have any hair left because I've been practically pulling it out. I've already paid for it and they just don't seem to care. I'm beyond frustrated and already planning to leave.
My most recent order for the iphone 12 was last Tuesday. However, as of today, I'm having to reorder the device AGAIN because you guys messed up my address AGAIN despite me being very clear and asking you guys to not get it wrong this time. This is, by the way, after it took you guys almost a week to ship the device despite me having "priority shipping". We are now going on 5 weeks of me simply trying to obtain this device. What's worse is that I now have to wait until you guys receive the phone that you misaddressed. This level of customer service is astonishingly low.
