The problem of creating an application unlock iPhone

hello how can i unlock my iphone? when I check on third-party resources, it says that the sim is blocked by the company ''US AT&T", and when I submit a request through your site, the phone is not found! what should I do?

(I don't have account at&t)

ERROR:

Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn't match an AT&T device. Please check your IMEI number by dialing *#06# or look for the number under your device settings.

I checked everything in the correctly, I also tried IMEI and IMEI2

There is likely nothing you can do. The response you get probably means the phone was never activated on ATT and therefore does not meet the requirements to unlock. Where did you get the phone? I suspect you are outside of the US, ATT locked phones are not sold outside of the US.

@sandblaster  Yes, I am in another country (UAE), is there an option to unlock through ESIM If friends have an ATT account? It seems that in the Myatt application there is a function if you enter the account to activate the iPhone through ESIM, and then get it through the site.

No, there is no other option. The unlock portal is the only way. It is possible you are getting a false response because you are outside of the US. The portal does not work well from outside of the US. You could try using a VPN connected to a US based network or have a friend in the US enter the unlock request.
