I’m a little confused as to how much I would be paying monthly when I read the fine print. I’m a new customer. I want to buy the iPhone 11 so I need the unlimited plan and I’d also like the trade in plan as well. So would that be 30$ monthly. I read something like 75$ and 30$ and I’m just confused

Monthly for what? Just the phone or phone and plan? To figure out the phone payment, take the total cost of the phone and divide by 30. That will be the monthly installment charge but you then also get a credit against that charge of 50% (if you buy the base model). If the phone costs $900, that’s $30/month installment charge with a $15 credit. The credit takes 3 bill cycles to show up, provided you have satisfied all promotional requirements.
