The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet.

I have been trying to unlock my iPhone 6+. It has been replaced by Apple, But I am still getting the error:

The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet. Please re-enter the correct 15-digit IMEI number for your AT&T wireless phone or tablet. You can obtain the IMEI number from the wireless phone by dialing *#06#.

I have tried different browsers, but had no luck.

Call Apple and see if it's actually locked.  I suspect the phone was replaced with an unlocked version.

If it was replaced by Apple, something doesn't match.  Call Apple.   Then contact ATT by message here @ATTMobilityCare

How can I tell if the phone is actually locked? I tried calling Apple, but they say only the carrier can tell that.
