Let's look into your question about canceling your order to pick it up in store, @Bigkid717!

We want to advise that the info @dwill05 provided is correct. You can check your order status and if it hasn't yet shipped or preparing to ship you can cancel it.

Once you place an order online to pick up your device at your nearest AT&T Store, the system will notify you of the device's availability at that particular location.

We hope this info helps. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order @Bigkid717.

As @dwill05 mentioned, you can cancel your order as long as it's still pending and hasn't shipped or is preparing to ship. You can do that through the Order Management Portal

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns; if so, we'll be happy to assist.

The iPhone 13 is official. Launched at the 14th September Apple Event alongside the iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, it's now on sale across the world.

Don't use ATT if you are buying an iPhone 13Pro or Max.  Waste of $$$.  . I purchased their elite plan and my service keeps buffering.  I've talked to countless AT&T employees, but they can't help me.  Use T-Mobile or Verizon.
