Can the contents of my text messages be subpoenaed? If yes, how far back?

AT&T doesn’t have the contents of your text messages, only the date/time/phone number. Those are only on the phone, or on any backups that you have. As far as how far back they can request the AT&T text DATA (not content), you’ll have to ask a lawyer.
