Straight Talk to AT&T GoPhone
I'm thinking of purchasing an iPhone 5s 2nd hand The new phone is AT&T through Straight Talk and have the following questions:
1. Can I bring this phone (no sim card) to an AT&T store and register it for a new Go Phone account & number (no porting needed)?
2. Does the phone need to be unlocked to move the service from Straight Talk to Go Phone?

Thank you! Do you know if the seller have to unlock it? Or would I be able to have that done at the AT&T store?
