Still no solution - Missing Phone
Someone just deleted my last post. It was closed for someone without any discussion.
Missing delivered cellphone , almost 1 month without solution. need to have direct message with at&T. Last post they stayed 5 days without answer and just answered in the weekend, closing it without my knowledge.
Tried to solve by phone 4 times, and I was charged without having nothing. Please don't close de post without direct messaging.

likely because this is a customer populated forum not at&t support and you keep posting new posts with the same topic

I just need help, and is the inly option to repost when my direct communication is closed. It should be a way to reopen the discussion

Not necessarily. There is no guarantee ATTHelp will respond to this thread or reopen the direct message dialogue. Since they closed the other one without resolving, my advice is quit waiting on them and escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
