SSTNC-001 Error Message

My phone is put on hold because I can not accept the terms and conditions.  The website is unable to recognize the information I type in.  I have tripled check the information.  Turned off my ad blocker, cleared the cache and history per recommendation and I am still unable to accept the terms.  This is incredibly frustrating.  I see that I am not the only customer who is having issues.  I find it ridiculous that customer service is unable to help.   Being placed on hold for long periods of time, calling several numbers and being told to give it 24 hours is unacceptable.  I would like VALID instructions or DIRECT contact with someone who has the AUTHORITY to accept the terms of conditions so I can receive my phone in a timely manor.
