Chances are there isn't any. If you see an app that you don't recognize, delete it. Or, if you're still paranoid, then erase your phone and set it up again as a brand new device and re-download whatever apps you want/need from the Apps Store.
It is extremely unlikely you have any spyware on an iPhone. For one, unless your iPhone has been modified somehow, only apps from the Apple App Store can be installed. Between simply looking at your phone and checking against the App Store, you should be able to determine what is installed on your phone. Now if you have downloaded an app that claims to be something different but has spyware built in, I have no idea how you find that but apps like that should not be allowed on the App Store.
