This is spam right? How do I stop receiving these texts?

Online its always this: To stop spam texts. First, you can report the spam to the carrier. If you're an AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon subscriber, copy the text and send it to SPAM(7726). You'll then receive another text asking for the sender's phone number.
(the problem with that advice is usually the number from the text is not valid). Maybe one day it can actually be traced.

Isn't necessary to call the president names. Why politicize a question about a cell phone plan? Smh.
