SMS verification codes not receiving.

can not receive Texts with verification codes.

I have reset network connection thru the att site, and on app.

I have RESET / power cycle phone.

SMS / Texts codes are blocked.

have adjusted all in phone settings per ATT site suggestions,    ISSUE REMAINS

If you haven't already, please reply HELP to the short code number that you stopped receiving verification codes from. We also recommend updating your device software to the latest software to ensure that your device apps are running on the latest software version. You'll need to navigate to check for software updates to check for any available updates.

I am unable to REPLY to a message i have not received .    

Verification code SMS / TEXT messages are not coming thru.    these are from

VARIOUS servers, from multiple platforms, and Apps.   NONE  work.    

only Verify code SMS i receive are from Google, and ATT.

File a complaint with the BBB. Those will go straight to Corporate and someone from the Office of the President will contact you. It is most likely a  corrupted configuration setting on your account that the senior IT/Engineers will have to correct. That's what they had to do with mine back in October when we had a similar issue. There were supposed to push out a "how to" to the Support levels so they would know what to do or where to go for the fix. If Support can't get it fixed, then the BBB is your next step.

 The answer for this problem is to call 611, get to tech support, and have them re-provision your phone. I struggled with this for weeks, and hours on the phone with banks (that could not deliver codes) and ATT. I did all the resets, new SIMs, etc.
