Slow internet

I have 5g unlimited plan. Last 5 months less speed or no internet. Fix it plz

We recommend rebooting your internet gateway to refresh your connection. You can also use the smart home manager to diagnose issues on your network.

 

If that does not help, let us know:

  1. What internet speed do you have? (So we know what speed you are expected to get).
  2. Have you ran a speed test? and if so, can you share the results. (This will confirm the speed you are getting versus the speed you should be receiving).

Lastly, we'd also like for you to take a look at our guide on how to optimize your Internet speed, if upgrading to a higher speed tier isn't an option.

If you're wondering why you're getting strange instructions from AT&t, it's because you asked about internet when you're really asking about your mobile data

You may find you get a better connection to 5G, or good LTE by turning airplane mode on and then off again. You may also have a plan that deprioritizes.   If your plan is deprioritized it inconvenient times you may want to upgrade to a plan that does not dep prioritize like unlimited premium
