SIM to eSIM conversion
I have an iPhone with a nano-SIM. Is it possible to convert it to the eSIM on my phone (as in the number/plan on the nano-SIM would move to the eSIM)? If so, how?

@s7345 we can definitely get you going in the right direction for using the Esim,
We can get you switched over to the eSIM to free up your physical sim tray but there are a few things that need to be done before using your eSIM with the device. We can migrate you to an eSIM from your physical sim but keep in mind that until you go through the unlock process for the device you will only be able to use the ATT Sim for both physical and eSIM. You can check your pay off of an installment from the MyATT app if your device is still being paid for monthly prior to unlocking. If you complete the previous steps, you can follow this article for the steps to activate the eSIM from the device directly or you can also visit one of our Retail Stores for assistance. You may also take advantage of our In-Store appointments to skip the line as your time is valuable to us. A new line will not be required to add but we can get you a QR code activated in store faster to migrate you from the physical sim if you need your sim tray for a second line or international travel.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank You!

@hongxingli I migrated my SIM to eSIM and it took around 2 minutes. If you have installed IOS 15 you do not need to request a ESIM card from AT&T. I was on WiFi when converted and never lost connection with AT&T.

Hello @hongxingli, We would be glad to help you activate your eSIM.
Let'sinstall you eSIM.
1. Go to Settings, then Cellular.
2. Select Add cellular plan.
3. Open and point your camera at the QR code on your eSIM activation card until you see Installing cellular plan.
4. You're all set! Your eSIM is now downloaded and installed.
All other eSIMs
Make sure your dual SIM devices have a service plan, then download your eSIM.
To activate it:
1. Go to your phone settings.
2. Tap one of the following (what you see depends on the device you have).
You should have service immediately.
Let us know if this helps!
