Sim Locked
Hi, I bought my phone from a friend and I'm living in Malaysia. I did contact Apple about why my sim were locked. And i did try At&t request for device unlock but it keep saying "Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later.". What can i do ? tried reaching them on twitter but not really helping.

Use a US based VPN to access the site. Many foreign ISPs are blocked. If the friend you bought it from lives in the US, have them request the unlock. If the request gets submitted, be sure to reply to the confirmation email they send within 24 hours. If that doesn’t happen, the request will never process.
AT&T really doesn’t do customer service through social media or text. The only options are calling or chatting through the website, although the latter only works if you have an account with them.
