Sim Lock issue

How long has it been since you received the approval email?  Have you connected your phone in some way to Apple servers to complete the unlock process?

Hi! Yes i tried sim card from different carrier i get sim card not supported, with full restore from Mac and still sim card not supported put back at&t sim card work with no issues

The question still remains, how long ago did you get the approval email?  When AT&T tells you that the phone is approved for unlocking, all that means is that they’ve requested Apple to perform the unlock.  It may take a couple of days for Apple to actually do it.  If it’s been more than a couple of days, then it’s likely something has gone wrong with the process.

Have you checked the Carrier Lock line in the phone settings under general -> about to verify that the phone isn’t unlocked?
