SHIPMENT PUSHED BACK A MONTH PLUS THEY OWE ME MONEY

I am so incredibly DONE with AT&T! First things first they owe me money from a promotion I did back in December where you trade in a iPhone and receive a iPhone 11 for FREE I sent them TWO perfectly working iPhones and I should have received TWO free iPhone 11s instead they only gave me a promotion on one.... so that being said I have paid now FOUR installments on a phone that was suppose to be free! I have Contacted AT&T customer service at LEAST 10 times about this where one after the other they have given me the run around about it and a couple of times ADMITING ( imagine that) they don’t know why it wasn’t added... I eventually got through to a area manager who admitted that the girl who did my promotion messed up and this was their mistake she also promised to have this taken care of in 3 - 4 days but I never received a call back from her and my account remains the same! They now owe me 80 dollars in installments that I have paid on a FREE phone which I have yet to see a penny of! Moving on to the iPad that i ordered in store that they Guaranteed would get to me in 3-4 business days that now has been delayed a MONTH what kind of buisness are these people running?! I love how they can manage to get your devices to you in 2 days as long as you sign a two year agreement and give them a wad of cash! I will be taking this situation public if they don’t fix something soon I’m done getting the run around.

IPads have been back ordered and are in short supply. It's always this way, even without a pandemic and customs dragging their feet passing items through.

I also had an iPad delayed. My issue is that I had a delivery date 2 weeks out from purchase, the date arrived and the. They pushed it out one month. I find it hard to believe that they couldn’t have anticipated the supply constraint and just give the actual date and not the bait and switch date. Seems dishonest. Just switched to them and thinking their just as bad as Comcast with customer support/transparency.
