Service not working!

I own a Iphone 6 and for the past few days, my service has been disconnecting constantly. I've tried everything they say to do online - restart your phone, reset your network settings, readjust your SIM card, update your iphone, update your carrier settings - but it just keeps going in and out. It mostly stays disconnected, saying it's searching or that I don't have service while others around me do.. I can't get a hold of an associate so I decided to post here. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? :(

Sounds like you've already been busy trying to resolve the problem @brittaloner,

 

Is this issue happening while at home or does it happen in all locations? Often times if it is only occurring in specific locations there is likely an issue with the network. However, if it is occurring everywhere you go, that is an indication that the issue may be with the device.

 

You can use the AT&T wireless coverage map to determine if there is a coverage issue in your area. You can also use the Mark the Spot app to report issues to AT&T.
