service not activating

Just upgraded to an iPhone XS. I switched my SIM card and did the iPhone setup, but I do not have cellular service.

Are you using the sim from your old phone or are you using a new sim? If it is a new sim you may need to activate it.


If you have already activated your sim we recommend using the Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Just select your device and the problem you are having under the Service/network issues section.
